HistoMark Biotin-Streptavidin kits 提供研究者在偵測利用冷凍切片或是石蠟包埋組織之細胞表面與細胞內抗原表現時一個快速，方便，敏感度高與低背景值的絕佳工具。BBiotin-streptavidin放大抗原訊號的能力比biotin-avidin來的強；而且streptavidin跟avidin相比之下，較不溶於水以及較不易與細胞表面抗原產生交叉反應。研究者可以根據實驗使用的一級抗體來選擇適當的套組；套組內包括normal goat or rabbit serum, biotinylated secondary antibody and streptavidin labeled with horseradish peroxidase or alkaline phosphatase ，以上產品皆可單獨購買。
