功能說明
一般實驗室欲分離多種哺乳動物的免疫球蛋白分子時，最常用的方法就是利用共價結合的Protein A and protein G agarose。Resin與特殊抗體結合以後，就可以專一的從一些複合物中純化出特定蛋白質。Protein A and G Purification and Immunoprecipitation Products專門純化抗體與免疫沈澱，並有不同的包裝供研究者選擇。純化套組中包含了resin suspension, binding/wash buffer, elution buffer, storage and neutralization buffers, columns and instructions ，這些緩衝液系統可有效將粗血清樣本回復成純化抗體，column則可重複使用。免疫沈澱套組則包含了一組reagents, protease inhibitors and Protein A or Protein G Agarose，reagents則包含了細胞萃取、溶解和免疫沈澱抗原等。 Protein A是Staphylococcus aureus細胞壁組成物，且經由鍵結免疫球蛋白的Fc而對哺乳動物的protein A具有很強的親和力。因此，研究者可以利用Labeled Protein A Products作為多種哺乳動物的二級抗體，例如bovine, dog, guinea pig, goat, human, mouse, rabbit, rat, sheep and swine。本產品有FITC和HRP標誌的套組
