功能說明
 Dextran Sulfate Sodium Salt (DSS) 除了可以增加核酸雜交比例之外,也可刺激B細胞分化或是抑制血液凝固,此外因為DSS會誘發小鼠腸道潰爛或結腸炎(Colitis),因此做消化道系統或是一些藥物開發都需要這個藥物幫忙,先將此藥灌食實驗動物後,等已對結腸造成傷害,在做新藥給予的動作
