實驗原理
Simoa跟傳統ELISA一樣都是sandwich的方式，差別在於Simoa可以偵測每一個在beads上的抗原抗體複合物，偵測”digital “訊號，只要有一個分子有接上抗原即可被偵測到，因此較傳統ELISA靈敏
