產品說明
Caspase為蛋白水解酵素，在Apoptosis路徑中扮演重要的角色，Caspase原為不活化狀態(Pro-Caspase)，一旦細胞凋亡之訊號被啟動，原先不活化的Pro-Caspase會水解形成活化態的Caspase，並進行一系列的細胞凋亡訊息傳遞，因此藉由偵測Caspase活性判斷是否有細胞凋亡之現象
