非哺乳動物來源的Trypsin替代物

同時結合分解蛋白(Proteolytic)與分解膠原蛋白(Collagenolytic)功能的酵素,能夠溫和且快速有效的進行Cell Detachment作用將細胞自培養皿或組織中分離.所取得的單一細胞不論是進行繼代或初代培養(Primary Cell Culture),皆可以維持極佳的細胞生存率,是您細胞培養的最佳良伴!
※已測試細胞株：

  • Primary human smooth muscle cells

  • Murine bone marrow stem cells

  • Primary chick neuronal cells

  • 完全取代Trypsin/EDTA功能,可用於無血清培養的細胞收集.
  • 幫助後續Functional Assays研究
  • 研究細胞表面蛋白,流式細胞儀,細胞分化,轉染,趨性分析等實驗.
  • Tissue Disaggregation
  • 分解組織,取得組織內細胞,建議作用溫度為4-25℃.

  • Accutase
    1. Ultra-filtered, non-mammalian alternative to trypsin that enables gentle, rapid cell detachment of a broad array of adherent cells and tissues for primary cell culture
    2. Naturally derived complex of proteolytic and collagenolytic enzymes
    3. Non-recombinant; gamma irradiated
    4. Ideal for use in both serum-free and serum-containing cell culture systems with a broad array of cell lines
  • Storage Conditions:
    Accutase: store frozen; stable for up to 60 days at 4°C.
